1. Refund Eligibility
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for it to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Change of Mind: Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
2. Process for Refund/Return

3. Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ant@airliepies.com.au .
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
