Thank you for shopping at Airlie Pies. We take pride in the quality of our meat and vegan pies and are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Below is our policy regarding refunds and returns.

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for it to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Change of Mind: Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

2. Process for Refund/Return

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. This may involve returning the product to us, depending on the nature of the issue.

3. Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ant@airliepies.com.au .

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
